Shipping Policy
Where we ship
We ship all items to all 50 states, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Island.
Within the US we deliver by Ground 1-4 Day shipping. All international orders are sent via the UPS or DHL. International packages can take up to 30 days to be delivered.
When your order will arrive
All shipping and handling times indicated in the Online Store are estimates and may vary from times indicated, particularly for orders outside of the 48 contiguous states. Once we process payment, we will process your order immediately. We will email you a UPS tracking number.

Purchases from the Online Store cannot be returned to any PWL locations.

General Refunds
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from our Online Store, we will accept returns within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, less any shipping and handling.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective items, we will either reship your order at no charge to you, or provide a full refund of your purchase price, including the shipping and handling charges on your original order. You will need to contact us within 7 days of receiving the item at info@proweightloss.org or call 877-323-0107. If you would like to exchange your faulty item for a replacement, please contact us at info@proweightloss.org or call 877-323-0107.

How to Return
