Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship all items to all 50 states, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Island.

Within the US we deliver by Ground 1-4 Day shipping. 

 

When your order will arrive

All shipping and handling times indicated in the Online Store are estimates and may vary from times indicated, particularly for orders outside of the 48 contiguous states.  Once we process payment, we will process your order immediately.  We will email you a UPS tracking number.

Ground Shipping:

Handling time: 1 business day
Shipping time: 2-4 business days

Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

At Pro Weight Loss, your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. Because our products are consumable health and wellness items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped, except in the case of damaged or defective products.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@proweightloss.org with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged product(s) and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will promptly replace the damaged item(s) at no cost to you. In some cases, we may require you to return the damaged item before sending a replacement.

How to Return

Please note that purchases from the Online Store cannot be returned to any PWL locations. If you decide to return an item, please contact Customer Service at 1 (877) 323-0107 or via info@proweightloss.org.  Our shipping address is:  Pro Weight Loss , 621 Main St Unit 12  Shrewsbury, MA 01545.
